Well, despite a real bad week, I managed a slight loss of 0.8. Just a few short ounces ahead of my pal RW. Although I'm sure he'll kick my ass on Monday.
It was definitely not a good week, so I am oh-so-happy to have lost anything at all. On Tuesday, I grossly miscalculated one meal and was over my extra weekly points by 3.5 points. I wound up doing all my workouts plus walked around our block in the heat to make up for it, bringing me back under the 35 points by the end of that day. The rest of the week I was very strict with myself, but it was hard.
I'm hoping this week to see 30 pounds gone. I only have 1.4 to go to get there and it would make me happy to reach that milestone.

I don't know how I'll do when Monday rolls around, but I had a nice event this morning: for the first time, my nekkidweight™ was 259.8, less than the 260s.
It's going to be even better when I see my first below-250 reading, because that'll mean lower half of the 200s ... I mean, part of this is psychological, after all. Plus, it'll mean, for the first time in years, I can climb our attic stairs without doing so without shoes and very carefully. I can also use any general load-bearing device without worrying (since the general-purpose steps, etc., are all rated at 250#, just like the pull-down attic ladder).
I'd love another -2.8, but I'm wishing for the basic 10% (-0.8 for the WW award; -1.3 for the "real" threshold).
