I have hurt my knee. Badly. Really badly. I am going to the orthopedist tomorrow. This basically means an entire 3 days of sitting on my butt, no activity. I'm freakin'.
However...you can still follow the plan. It'll just be harder to get activity points. (And harder, emotionally, to stay on track--at least for me in that kind of situation.)
Although if you have some dumbells, you can do strengthening exercises while seated.
