A Small Loss

Well, I am back under my pre-gain weight. I lost a scant 0.6 this week, for a total loss of 43.6 pounds in 21 weeks. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed in this result--this week I really burned it up where exercise was concerned, but I wasn't tracking as closely as I could have been.

I really want to see that 50 pounds gone, so I'm going to definitely step it up with tracking and activity this week. We'll see how they read next weekend!

Also, if everyone could send me an updated figure for your 2008 loss for the sidebar, I would appreciate it. I've lost track of who has lost what :)

You have my number already, of course: 44.8. I'm still not out of the "danger zone", so that could still change yet.

6/10 is still 6/10. If I had the answer to the "why did I have such a sucky weigh-in, after exercising several of my butt cheeks clear off?" question, welllll I could start my own franchised chain of weight-loss centers.

And I could hire bulimic starlets to shill for The Gleck Diet. "...and stop scowling when you say Talmadge Gleck!"

Dude - 43.6!!! You are doing AWESOME!!! I wish I had those results. You are a scant 6.4 pounds away from that 50 mark. You can totally get there. Keep up good work. And while you are at it - can you convince my body it needs to start losing again. I've been at 288 for over two months now.
